Inauguration of the IFIRSE NEUTRINO GROUP
Today is a great day : the inauguration of the first experimental group of IFIRSE (associated to ICISE)
In presence of the main authorities (President of the Province, Rector of the University,
Spokesman and senior staff from Kamiokande, Profs. Le Kim Ngoc and Jean Tran Thanh Van,
as well as the members (including the first premanent member, Dr Nguyen Thi Hong Van) ,
the Memorandum of Understanding was signed, and the official name plate of the group was apposed to the brand new building ...

Quizz : can you spot the crab (they are small, almost transparent and very fast crabs who seem
to fly on the sand) (hint : if you don't see it, click at the bottom of this post)
The beach is next to the fishermen, and in particular, you can see come of the jigs used at night to trap seafood: a nice bambou construction, with a trap and a lamp on top
