A few more street pictures,
some around the fishing harbour, with the small boats ferrying people and other activity nearby
the carrying pole:
I was impressed by the well-tuned flexibility of the pole, which allows the load to stay almost level during the walk (maybe the carrier also adapts to the pole's response, or chooses the pole according to personal walk pattern/load ? )
A quick search found this (although I would have preferred to see the comparison with a rigid pole,
or with experienced pole carriers .. ) ...maybe worth pursuing!

Inauguration of the IFIRSE NEUTRINO GROUP
Today is a great day : the inauguration of the first experimental group of IFIRSE (associated to ICISE)
In presence of the main authorities (President of the Province, Rector of the University,
Spokesman and senior staff from Kamiokande, Profs. Le Kim Ngoc and Jean Tran Thanh Van,
as well as the members (including the first premanent member, Dr Nguyen Thi Hong Van) ,
the Memorandum of Understanding was signed, and the official name plate of the group was apposed to the brand new building ...
